Pantomime season has finally returned to Bromley and surrounding areas– oh yes it has!

As Christmas approaches, the UK’s theatres transform for the festive season, and the stage lights up with laugh-out-loud pantomimes and live spectacle.

Beauty and the Beast

  • What is it? A festive pantomime production of the classic fairy-tale Beauty and the Beast, running at Churchill Theatre in Bromley. The cast includes: Samantha Womack as The Enchantress. Su Pollard as Mrs Potty. Also featuring Jamie Leahey, Ben Stock and Sheri Lineham in key roles.

Aladdin

  • What is it? A festive pantomime production of Aladdin, the cast includes Ruby Mann – playing Princess Jasmine, selected from an open audition. Jason Marc‑Williams – in the role of the Dame (Widow Panky). Rikki Jay – comedian adding humour to the show. Anton Stephans – cast as Genie of the Lamp. Mandy Muden – joins as Spirit of the Ring; known from Britain’s Got Talent & America’s Got Talent. Richard Foster‑King – plays the Wicked Sorcerer.

Dick Whittington and his Catford Cat

  • What is it? Dick Whittington and his Catford Cat, Fur-get everything you thought you knew about Dick Whittington! Our ‘tail’  begins with our hero and his feline friend setting sail on the Empire Windrush, whisk(er)ing away to seek their fortune on London’s streets of gold. But when they arrive in Catford, they discover the neighbourhood has a serious Cat-astrophe – Queen Rat and her rodent army are causing mayhem! Join Dick and his Cat as they pounce into adventure, encounter an eccentric fairy, are helped on the way by a larger than life cook & fall head over paws in love.
