If you wish to stay on after the daytime activities or just want to join us later, you can also enjoy an evening of live music. You can make a weekend of it with camping from Friday to Sunday – what’s not to love with the stunning Golden Valley scenery as your backdrop!
The Golden Valley Vintage and Country Fair will be hosted at Gwatkin Cider for its 5th year on June 6th 2026.
A great day out for all the family
There is certainly something for everyone at the Golden Valley Vintage & Country Fair – a great day out for all the family. Why not make it a full weekend? Camping slots are available, and tickets are on sale for an evening of live music too!
The John fowler general purpose engine and friends will be in action throughout the day, and you can even get a lift on of one of the cart rides whilst they are steaming around the show. Not to worry if they are out of puff though as our resident tractor will be joining in as usual!
Our usual favourites returning this year will include the Medieval re-enactment, Hay on Wye tug of war, Morris dancing, and farm animals including our newest piglets, plus many more craft and trade stalls. The amazing Melissa Hollick will be creating the vintage atmosphere with her beautiful voice once again this year too.
The North Hereford Pony Club will be competing over the 2 days – always a hit with the crowd – and you can try your hand at the Viking games with axe throwing and more.
Dogs: Well behaved four-legged family members are welcome to join in the fun during the family dog show hosted by Paws for thought, alongside their sensational dance display. Fortiscorde Gundogs will be back this year, with some great demonstrations and a have-a-go-scurry too. 
New for 2026 we have steam and electric train rides, children circus skills and the new GASTRO BARN with a collection of local producers discussing British farming and their products. Finishing the afternoon with VALENTIN WARNER in discussion with a selected panel.
A great selection of food and drink will on offer throughout the day and evening!
Rocking the barn for 2026 will be returning band BBC Acoustic and joining them this year is Domino Sugar kicking off at 7pm!
