Legends of Brum – EVERY THING MUST GO Special at Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery
Help artist Sharonjit Sutton create Brummy folklore!
In this workshop, you’ll get to imagine your own mythical creatures inspired by Birmingham, and turn them into interactive drawings that you can take on adventures around the city!
This workshop is part of the first major solo exhibition of paintings by Joe Lycett EVERY THING MUST GO which explores the theme ‘things that are no longer with us’. Bold salon-style display will include deceased celebrities, discontinued chocolate bars, extinct animals and destroyed buildings. Lycett’s desired effect is to overwhelm and delight with a “neon graveyard”
