Severn Valley Railway Autumn Diesel Bash
We’re gearing up for an almighty celebration of heritage diesels at the Severn Valley Railway Autumn Diesel Bash, taking place from Thursday 3 – Sunday 6 October.
In addition, we now have an all-Sulzer Preview Day on Wednesday 2 October.
Class 25262 will be joining us care of South Devon Diesel Traction, based at Buckfastleigh on the South Devon Railway and D7628 will be joining us from North Yorkshire Moors Railway.
They will work alongside many of the SVR Diesel Fleet, including D9551, D8568, Class 20, 33108, 37263, 40106, D821 (TBC), D182, 50007, 50033, 50035, 50049, D1015 and D1062. All locos appear subject to availability and may be subject to change without notice.
Kidderminster Diesel Depot will be open for pre-booked tours and these can be booked on the day, at the 50 Fund stand located on the Concourse at Kidderminster Station.
The timetable will be released shortly. A limited number of Working timetables can be purchased in advance for £7.50.
