A Taste of Altrincham is in full swing with a packed programme which continues over the next 7 days.
Whether you’re a devoted foodie, eager to learn new skills, or simply want to enjoy great experiences with friends and family, there’s something delicious in store this week and next weekend.
Sicilian Wine Tasting at Bar Etna, Thursday 5th March – a guided tasting of three medium glasses of Sicilian wine, perfectly paired with classic arancini and delicate bruschetta, for a delicious journey to Sicily without leaving town.

Nell’s Pizza Masterclass, Thursday 5th March – learn the skills behind great dough and make your very own 14” pizza from scratch, with all materials included.
Tickets are £35 per person, with the option to add a welcome drink for £5.

Wine & Charcuterie Evening at House Kitchen & Bar, Thursday 5th March – a sommelier-curated selection of wines expertly paired with artisanal charcuterie platters.

Coffee Cupping at Two Brothers, Saturday 7th March, 9.30-10.30am – explore existing favourites, as well as some exciting new additions to the Two Brothers coffee line up, and learn to taste coffee like a pro. There will also be exclusive discounts on all coffee beans for those who attend, so you can grab a bag of your favourite beans after the event!

Cocktail Master Class at Memories, Saturday 7th March – learn how to mix, shake, and serve delicious cocktails in a fun, hands-on session, perfect for beginners and cocktail lovers alike.

Fish Demo with Paul Taylor, Sunday 8th March – learn how to craft a rich, creamy risotto with Paul Taylor programme Leader for Hospitality at Trafford & Stockport College Group.

Stuffed Crust Pizza Workshop with CookStars , Sunday 8th March – 11–17-year-olds are invited to join a fun and interactive Stuffed Crust Pizza & Coleslaw workshop.

Kids’ Fun Food Faces Workshop with OYEZ Arts, Saturday 7th March – Little foodies can get creative at the Giuseppe Arcimboldo-inspired Kids Fun Faces Workshop.

Q&A and Book Signing with Maisam Algirgeet, Saturday 7th March – Meet food writer, Instagram favourite and the Great British Bake Off’s youngest contestant Maisam Algirgeet. Maisam will be sharing tips on how to build baking confidence from her viral no-knead bread to simple, satisfying cakes, Maisam makes baking calm, joyful and achievable.
