Where to See Santa in Hereford & Worcester
It’s almost that time of year again, when we all have that burning question…. where can we find Father Christmas in 2025?
Our elves are working hard to bring you a comprehensive roundup, so keep coming back here if you can’t find enough details of when Father Christmas is going to be near you.
While some events are free to attend, some activities at those events, including a visit to Santa’s Grotto, may be chargeable.
Santa in Herefordshire
Bromyard Christmas Lights switch on: 15th November. FREE EVENT! Run entirely by volunteers, this year’s Christmas Lights Switch On promises to be the best yet. Along with loads of other entertainment, you can catch the Santa’s Parade and visit Santa’s Grotto. Read more here.

Hereford – Maylord Orchards. 13th December. FREE EVENT! Christmas Faye with food, drink, festive market, entertainment and Santa’s Grotto. Read more here.
Hereford – The Old House HR1 2AA Santa will be at The Old House (Black & White House museum) 13th & 14th December. Step into a traditional Christmas with twinkling lights and natural greenery, there will be a craft activity for all to enjoy, and the little ones can share their Christmas wishes with Santa, and receive a small gift. £8.50. Hereford – The Museum of Cider. HR4 0EF. 13th & 14th December. Help Santa’s workers to finish their jobs on this magical journey through the museum, which will be transformed into a winter wonderland adventure. Post a letter to Santa in the ‘Post room’, see the elves in their workshop and meet Mrs Claus. You will of course meet Santa at the end in his beautiful Victorian era grotto and get a special present for all your hard work! 2 adults go free per booking. From £8.50. Read more here.
Ledbury Christmas Lights switch on: 23rd November. FREE EVENT! Lots of festive fun starting at 12 noon with music, snow machine and Santa’s Grotto. Read more here.
Leominster Grange Court. 13th December. FREE EVENT. Santa will be at the Christmas Market at Grange Court from 10 am – 3pm. Read more here.
Malvern Winter Glow. 21 November – 31 December. Festive activities and lights trail, with a personalised Santa’s Grotto experience. Entry tickets starts at £6.50 per child, NOT including Santa Experience. Santa Experience costs between £55 to £70 (for one child and adult) and a further child ticket costs between £17.50 – £24.95 per child. Read more here.
Oakchurch HR4 7NH. FREE EVENT thanks to the Hereford Lions Club charity. Santa will be at Oakchurch every weekend (11am – 4pm) from 30th November, and every afternoon (1pm – 4pm) during the week before Christmas Day. FREE EVENT – pay a refundable £5 per family to book your time slot. Read more here.
Ross on Wye Christmas Fayre and Lights Switch On. 30th November. FREE EVENT! With stalls and entertainment, there will also be Santa’s Grotto to visit. Santa will also be on parade at the Christmas Carnival on 20th December – spot him at 4pm. Read more here.
St Michael’s Hospice Santa’s Grotto & Village of the Elves. 4th – 21st December. An absolute favourite – tickets sell out fast! Explore the light trail into the Village of the Elves, with festive fun and activities throughout. End your tour with a meeting with Santa himself – and of course, a gift you will love! This is one of the best Santa experiences out there – we highly recommend booking your visit ASAP! Prices are per child, but there are discounts for multiple children in a party (max 5 children per booking). Santa in Worcestershire
West Midlands Safari Park So much more than a simple trip to see Santa – this is a truly magical festive day for the whole family. With your own booked time slot, you and the family will be met and guided by one of Santa’s cheerful elves. Spot some elves busy making gifts, meet some delightful characters, and be dazzled by the northern lights. Step inside Santa’s enchanted elevator, and meet the man himself in his cosy log cabin.
