Step into a world where Christmas stories come to life. From 22 November to 4 January, The Christmas Experience returns to Lotherton, inviting families to discover a truly magical festive journey.

This year, Santa’s North Pole is more enchanting than ever. Guided by playful elves through snowy paths and twinkling lights, children will join Mrs Claus where magical stories are shared, before entering the heart of the experience, Santa’s cosy log cabin, where memories are made. For younger visitors, Santa’s Cabin offers a quieter weekday visit in a warm and gentle setting. Relaxed sessions are also available for children with additional needs.

But the magic doesn’t end with Santa.

Wander into the Elf Village, where you can toast marshmallows around the firepit, sip hot chocolate under glowing yurts, and create festive crafts with Santa’s elves to take home. It’s a space to slow down, gather together and make Christmas memories the old-fashioned way, through warmth, wonder, and a bit of glitter.

New for this year, the Fairy Dell has grown into an even more magical hideaway. Follow twinkling lights to discover tiny fairy doors, hidden villages and glowing toadstools nestled in the rocks. As dusk falls, the dell comes alive with gentle whispers and the shimmer of fairies, inviting you into a miniature world of enchantment and wonder.

Inside Lotherton Hall, tradition takes centre stage. Adorned in Edwardian Christmas finery, the Hall offers a quieter moment for reflection, nostalgia, and inspiration, a perfect complement to the festive fun outside.
