Children’s Cancer Trust to Host a Winter Wonderland Evening of Entertainment, Magic & Prizes

The Grace Kelly Childhood Cancer Trust is a cause we are always keen to support, the work they do and the support they offer families going through the most difficult times is utterly priceless.  Supporting such a fantastic charity can be super-sparkly fun this December. Would you like to get together with loved ones, friends, and family, during the festive season?  Why not take the opportunity to make it the best get-together yet, AND help support this wonderful charity?  If you haven’t organised you work ‘Christmas Do’ yet, this is the perfect opportunity!

On 1st December, the Grace Kelly Childhood Cancer Trust will host its first-ever Winter Wonderland Ball at the Bank House Hotel in Worcester. The evening promises a vast array of magic and entertainment with ticket sales and festive fundraisers enabling the charity to sprinkle some much-needed support and hope across Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire for families facing childhood cancer this Christmas and beyond.
This special evening will be hosted by Heart West Midlands presenters and supporters of the charity, Gemma Hill and Ed James. The charismatic pair will be leading an agenda of fun and games, awards, and live auction. The evening will also see the premier of the Trust’s first official promotional film, which has kindly been produced by Hereford based What’s In Group.

Entertainment includes a plethora of talent including live music and DJ sets from The Institutions and The Capriccio Quartet plus acts of magic from magician Sam Wilson. Guests will also be invited to embrace their inner sparkle as a roaming glitter artist will be offering dazzling designs which can then be captured in the photobooth as a keepsake of the evening.
Funds will also be raised from an itinerary of activities including popular party game Heads and Tails and Wonderland Winners where every guest wins a prize. The Trust will be hosting both a silent and live auction with prizes to include a stay in the Red Panda Lodge at West Midlands Safari Park, a Maserati driver’s experience, a Dyson hoover plus many more luxury items.
Emma Williams, Operations Manager & Event Organiser said: “This fabulous evening will bring together our supporters, families, friends, and loved ones for a night of celebration, good food, fun and dancing! All charities are currently facing a challenging time financially, so it really is fantastic to be able to offer such a special, unique evening of fun and sentiment to supporters old and new. We rarely have the opportunity to gather so many from our local community in one place, so we feel very privileged to be hosting such a magical experience.”
