Bellingham Show and Country Festival

A Northumberland countryside celebration for the whole family and it’s going to be bigger and better than ever!

Bellingham Show and Country Festival is back on Saturday, 29th August. 9am to 5pm.

Mark your calendars and pack your picnic blankets, Bellingham Show is back and bursting with activities, animals, and entertainment for all ages. Set in the stunning heart of Northumberland, our beloved rural show is the perfect day out for families, locals, and visitors alike.

Whether you’re a lover of livestock, a fan of country crafts, or just looking for a great day out with the kids, this year’s show promises something for everyone.

The theme for the show in 2026 will be, Celebrating 100 years of forestry. Kielder Forest will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2026. Planting began in 1926, to provide timber for the nation, after concerns about depleted timber stocks. The 140,000-acre forest is England’s largest man-made forest, spanning North Northumberland and a part of Cumbria. Also within the forest, between 1975 and 1981, a large section of the land was cleared and flooded, to create Kielder Water.
