Returns policy
If you wish to return an item purchased from Raring2go! please read the instructions below carefully. We know there may be times when things might not be quite right and we are here to help as best we can.
You must request to return your items within 14 days of receipt of goods by emailing info@raring2go.co.uk
Cancelling an order
If you’ve already paid for the order you’ll need to let us know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel it by emailing us at info@raring2go.co.uk or calling our office between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday on 01273 447101. Regrettably we are unable to cancel any order once they have been dispatched.
If the item is damaged?
If the item is damaged when you receive it, you can return it back to us for inspection / replacement but only after contacting us on 01273 447101 to advise us of the problem. We may ask you to provide video / photographic evidence of the damage before returning the goods to us. You will need to notify us within 14 days of receipt.
We will ask you to return the item in the original packaging to: Mojo Publishing Ltd, 9A Gate Lane, Boldmere, West Midlands, B73 5TR at your own cost. Please obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post. Please also include a note with your name, address, contact phone number, along with a brief description of the reason for return. It is important that you also include a copy of the proof of purchase.
If we agree that the goods arrived with you damaged, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you. If the item is not available you will receive a refund.
Who is responsible for returning the goods?
Goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure that you package them well to prevent any further damage in shipping. If the goods arrive damaged, we will contact you immediately.
Refund Policy
Regrettably we are unable to accept the following returns:
Any item requested for return outside the 14 day timeframe.
Items that have been used, including Tool Kits that have been opened.
Any product deemed by us to be non-re-saleable or less than perfect condition.
Refunds will take up to 7 days to process from the date we receive your parcel or from the date we receive confirmation that the goods have been sent back.
