About the Workshop:
This exciting Youth Aerial Circus Workshop is perfect for young people aged 12-16 who love to move, climb, and explore! Under the expert guidance of professional aerial instructors from The Circus Project, students will:
Try their hand at aerial silks – learn to climb, wrap, and pose high above the ground.
Warm up with games and stretches – get the body ready for action with a fun and energizing start.
Build strength and coordination – discover what it’s like to defy gravity and feel the thrill of being upside down!

Founded as a local charity, The Circus Project has engaged people of all ages in the joy of aerial circus arts for over 20 years. Based at Hangleton Community Centre in Brighton and Hove, they offer weekly classes, workshops, and events, working with young individuals, professional companies, artists, and aerialists to spread the magic of circus arts.
