  • Beautiful anniversary editions of A.A. Milne’s and E.H. Shepard’s classic titles, as well as the authorised prequel and sequels will be available from the Tatton Park gift shops.

This summer, Tatton Park in Cheshire will welcome families into the enchanting world of A.A. Milne’s and E.H. Shepard’s beloved Winnie-the-Pooh, hosting a special farm exhibition and an immersive garden story trail celebrating one hundred years of Pooh and his friends, created in collaboration with HarperCollins.

From Saturday 18 July until Sunday 6 September 2026, visitors can enjoy a heartwarming experience inspired by A.A. Milne’s charming stories and E.H. Shepard’s classic illustrations. Perfect for families, nature lovers, and anyone who treasures the gentle magic of the Hundred Acre Wood, the event brings these classic stories to life across the summer season.

Winnie-the-Pooh Centenary Exhibition

Down on the Farm, the Winnie-the-Pooh Centenary Exhibition invites visitors to take a closer look at the original books, their creation, and the timeless charm of the Hundred Acre Wood. Extracts and illustrations offer an immersive glimpse into the world of Pooh and his lovable friends.

In the Farm’s original mill and Land Agents office, visitors can learn more about A.A. Milne, the author, and E.H. Shepard, the artist, who created Pooh and his friends, whilst exploring the countryside inspiration behind the stories. Little ones can head across the cobbles into the adventure play area where they can join in the celebrations, discover animal habitats and play in the Maize Maze, as well as enjoy daily storytelling. The Centenary Exhibition at the farm is free to enter with standard farm admission and open Tuesday – Sunday 11am – 4pm (last entry 3pm.)

Three Cheers for Pooh! Garden Story Trail

The Three Cheers for Pooh! Story Trail brings together favourite excerpts from A.A. Milne’s tales with E.H. Shepard’s iconic illustrations, creating a family-friendly garden trail that highlights some of Pooh’s most memorable adventures.

As families wander through Tatton Park’s celebrated summer gardens, they’ll encounter moments from the original classic tales, from Pooh with his honeypot, to Tigger bouncing through the landscape and standing on Poohsticks Bridge. Each stop encourages explorers to connect with fifty acres of fragrant formal gardens, dreamy woodlands, and winding pathways that echo the spirit of the stories. The Garden Story Trail is free with garden admission and open daily 10am – 6pm (last entry 5pm).

Special Editions & Storytelling at Tatton Park
