This session is great for swimmers’ looking to improve technique. The hour is based on a singular stroke where our experienced team will help to identify strengths and weakness and support the swimmer in swimming with greater ease, efficiency, and performance.

Starts and Turns

The objective is to improve the swimmers’ starts & turns ability. Through intensive practice and feedback from our experienced team.
This session is perfect for those wanting to enter competitive swimming or simple improve their skills.
