Forest School Branch Out Club
CHILDREN ONLY – PARENT FREE ZONE!
For children currently in Year 1 and above. Children need to have been in Year 1 from September 2022.
Age regulations are due to Ofsted Regulations.
Children will spend the day in the woods where there will be the opportunity to use tools, do fire lighting, den/shelter building, put up hammocks, build rope swings and get creative in the mud kitchen plus lots more. Children are encouraged to be independent with. Being outdoors in a small group can boost self esteem and confidence making it easer to make new friends and connect with nature.
Please note the Forest School Dog Maggie will be at the session.
Instructions
Please bring a packed lunch and snacks required for the day.
Directions – From the high street turn into Court Road by the memorial, go past the church, school and village hall, continue past the turning to Rectory Lane and the Cemetery and you will find Hartwell Farm/Leisure on the left. Please pull in and park sensibly as the car park is also used by swimmers. Please TURN OFF ENGINES whilst waiting in the car park.
