See if you can find all the animals on our Castle-wide trail in the Easter holidays! Discover the secrets of the Bishop’s Palace, County Museum and beautiful grounds – including the Adventure Playground – like an explorer on safari…
Trail runs from Saturday 23rd March-Sunday 7th April.
If you’re visiting on Tuesdays to Thursdays in the Easter holidays (26th-28th March or 2nd-4th April), make sure to check out the safari crafts too!

Have an animal-tastic day out at Hartlebury Castle this Easter!
Make safari crafts in the Easter holidays during your adventures at the Castle. Use your imagination and wildlife knowledge in your designs, explore the Bishop’s Palace and County Museum, and then run around our Adventure Playground! Are you as quick as a cheetah or as agile as a monkey?
Craft activities available 11am-4pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in the Easter holidays (26th-28th March and 2nd-4th April).

See how many eggs you can find in our Easter egg hunts around the beautiful springtime Castle grounds. Everyone wins a chocolate prize – plus, don’t forget to say hello to the Easter Bunny!
NEW FOR 2024: quiet, level access, and grown-ups sessions! There’s an egg hunt for everybunny at the Castle.
Dairy free eggs available too!
As part of the Easter Eggstravaganza, you can also enjoy stories and Easter themed activities in the Carriage Circle – don’t worry, we have indoor plans in case it rains! Why not have a hop around the adventure playground while you’re eggsploring too? Plus, you can uncover the secrets of the Bishop’s Palace, County Museum and grounds on your eggstraordinary day out.

Friday 29th March
10am (under 5s), 11.30am, 1pm, 2.30pm, 4pm
Saturday 30th March
10am (under 5s), 11.30am, 1pm, 2.30pm (grown-ups)
Sunday 31st March
10am (quiet session), 11.30am, 1pm (under 5s)
Monday 1st April
10am (level access session), 11.30am, 1pm
Our quiet session is a slower-paced event without music or microphones in use, where the Easter Bunny can be met in the Carriage Circle. Our level access session has no steps on the Easter egg hunt course, but please note that grass, tarmac and gravel surfaces are included.
Are you over 16 but want to get in on the fun? Have a go in our grown-ups egg hunt – everyone from parents to grandparents and friends are welcome!
