Create your own Peace Dove
Be part of a giant art installation in Durham Cathedral by making your own Peace Dove.
This summer the Peace Doves installation by artist Peter Walker will be coming to Durham Cathedral.
The artwork will be made up of fifteen thousand individually handmade paper doves which will be suspended above the Cathedral’s historic Nave and we need your help to create them!
Write a message of peace, hope, love and friendship on a paper Peace Dove by the Font in the cathedral.
Come back from 26 July to 4 September to see your Peace Dove as part of the installation in the Nave of Durham Cathedral.

From Monday 1 April, stop by the Font to write a message on your own Peace Dove. All are welcome to get involved.
