CountryTastic at The Three Counties Showground.

Celebrate our Farming Heroes in 2024 and come dressed as a super hero!

CountryTastic is THE countryside show for children. Designed with children in mind, this fun and educational countryside event is aimed at children under 11 years old. Children can learn all about farming, food, and the countryside with our Ask the Farmer event in the Muddy Boots Theatre.

Come along and watch the livestock parade, marvel at the Horse Riding and driving demos, and see the expertly trained gun dogs show off their skills. You can also enjoy the sheep show, pig agility course, and meet Guide Dogs for the Blind. Pampered Ponies will even be there (with a ‘real unicorn’) and you can pay for a pony ride too.

Children can get up close to loads of farmyard favourites, with goats, pigs sheep and more. Or come along and stroke our family pets with rabbits and guinea pigs – children can learn so much about pet care and how to handle their pets correctly.

There are loads of indoor and outdoor activities to enjoy, with animals, cookery sessions, craft activities, bushcraft skills, den building, and sporting activities too.
