Colourscape at Broadway Museum
Eye Music Trust is bringing Colourscape to Broadway Museum. Colourscape is an immersive and sensory experience of colour, light and sound, originally created by artist Peter Jones in the early 1970’s.
Giant, walk-in structures are filled with colour, light, and at certain times, live music too.*
Come and explore the many interconnected chambers and be transported away to a new reality.
Translucent red, green, blue, yellow and opaque grey, all come together to create mixtures of colours. Musicians perform between 11.30 and 3pm*, using unusual instruments throughout the chambers, responding to their evolving environment. The later time slots are perfect for those who would like the experience in quieter times*.
Time slots are between 11-4pm with last entry at 3.30pm For quiet sessions, book from 3pm onwards. Time slots last 30 minutes.
Colourscape is suitable for all ages, children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
