Get ready to shake your tail feathers as Bird Rave swoops into #NOVUM26 outside Northern Stage with an irresistible mix of old-school rave anthems, outrageous bird-inspired performances and feel-good dancefloor chaos.
Part outdoor performance, part immersive party, this wildly entertaining show sees a flock of high-energy performers transform into extraordinary birds, from hummingbirds and hooded crows to ravens, cockatoos and the fabulously named Andean Cock-of-the-rock. Expect feathers, floor-fillers and plenty of chances to join the flock as the streets become one giant open-air dancefloor.
Joyful, silly and completely unflappable, Bird Rave is a celebration of nature, 90s rave culture and the simple joy of dancing like nobody’s watching.
