With amazing exhibits, including some incredible steam engines, this is not only a fun day out, it’s educational too. The younger children can complete the Freddy the Frog trail, and you can all enjoy the award-winning water park, where visitors can interact with full-size devices for lifting, pumping, moving, and filtering water.
Parking is free, and you can even bring along a picnic if you wish. There is a lovely café that serves hot and cold drinks, along with some delicious homemade cakes & savouries.
You can opt to take your prize to visit on any Tuesday, or if you prefer to see all the steam engines in action, opt for a steam open day instead. You will find details of all upcoming steam days in the what’s on guide here

Adult tickets range from £6.50 to £9.00
Children under 16 have FREE ENTRY (must be accompanied by an adult)
