Rhythmic Gymnastics Club Worcester

Childrens Classes

RGC Worcester – Rhythmic Gymnastics Club, Worcester.

Rhythmic Gymnastics is an Olympic sport, and is highly entertaining to watch. While rhythmic gymnastics is one of the best spectator sports, it’s also a great way to keep fit and have fun too.  Rhythmic Gymnastics is usually regarded as a women’s sport, it is becoming popular with boys too, and we encourage anyone with an interest in gymnastics to give it a try at one of our free taster sessions.

Rhythmic Gymnastics is often described as a combination of gymnastics, dance and ballet, which is performed to music by individuals and teams. The gymnasts complete a number of floor routines to music, which audiences love. The gymnasts routines incorporate apparatus such as the ball, rope, hoop and clubs and everyone’s favourite – the ribbon.

RGC Worcester are a GymMark accredited Club.  Rhythmic Gymnastics Club Worcester is based within University of Worcester Riverside. We were funded in 2011 as the only rhythmic gymnastics club in the county. RGC Worcester currently offer recreational, development and individual and group competitive programmes up to national level, to all children aged 4 to 16.

Rhythmic Gymnastics is a fun and safe way to exercise. RCC Worcester aim to engage with the local community through their recreational programme.
