🍏 Mini Apple Pie Bites
Perfect for: Kids to help with rolling, sprinkling, and assembling
Tastes like: A bite-sized version of warm apple pie

Ingredients
🧺 Ingredients:
- 1 Shortcrust pack of pastry
- 2 apples (Granny Smith or Gala work great)
- 3 tbsp of brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 oz butter (melted)
- Optional: raisins, chopped nuts, or caramel drizzle
Method
🧑🍳 Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Peel and cut apples into chunks.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon and add the apple chunks. ( Save a bit of sugar and cinnamon to sprinkle on at the end)
- Unroll the dough and cut into 12 baking tin size circles.
- Place the circles into the separate bun tin
- Brush each circle with melted butter.
- Place a tsp of the mixture into the circles
- Sprinkle the last of the cinnamon-sugar mix on top.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.
🍂 Fun Additions:
- Add a mini marshmallow inside before rolling.
- Let kids dust with icing sugar on top once they cool.
- Serve with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream.
