Making the best of the Autumn season, here is our recipe for Pumpkin wedges. All you need is a pumpkin and a couple of other items and you have a healthy easy treat, one for all the family!

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 small pumpkin

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt, pepper, and herbs (rosemary, thyme, or paprika)

Method

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Cut pumpkin into wedges, remove seeds.

  3. Toss with oil, salt, and herbs.

  4. Roast for 25–30 minutes until tender and golden.

Along with a tasty dip like garilc & onion or salsa, this is a perfect snack to watch a halloween movie! 🎃
