Making the best of the Autumn season, here is our recipe for Pumpkin wedges. All you need is a pumpkin and a couple of other items and you have a healthy easy treat, one for all the family!

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt, pepper, and herbs (rosemary, thyme, or paprika)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cut pumpkin into wedges, remove seeds.

Toss with oil, salt, and herbs.

Roast for 25–30 minutes until tender and golden.
