Family Time: Jumanji

Kicking off a fun-filled summer of Family Time screenings at Showroom, 1995’s magical Jumanji comes to our screen to inspire a holiday full of play – or put you off board games for life?

The legendary Robin Williams plays Alan, a man who has been trapped in a mysterious board game for over 20 years. When two unsuspecting children (Kirsten Dunst and Bradley Pierce) find the game in the attic of their new home, they set out to break the curse by playing to win; but this involves more than just rolling a few dice.

Each turn unleashes swarms of insects, stampedes of animals, and extreme weather events that wreak havoc on their town that can only be reversed by becoming champions of Jumanji.

Jumanji is rated PG due to mild fantasy horror that some children might find scary. For fans of Night at the Museum, Jungle Cruise, and Ready Player One.
