The Royal Three Counties Show
The Royal Three Counties Show is a true celebration of the countryside and rural life, set at the foot of the picturesque Malvern Hills. It is recognised as one of the largest livestock and equine shows in England, with HRH the Princess Royal as Patron.
Over the three show days, more than 6,000 animals are exhibited, over 50 prestigious Horse of the Year Show qualifiers are held and there are over 2,000 entries into the equine classes. The biggest rare and minority breeds show in the UK is held on the Sunday and 15 livestock national breed society shows are due to be held this year.
Those wanting some action-packed drama shouldn’t miss the thrilling main arena acts, the fiercely competitive sheep shearing contests, fiery farriery and blacksmithing and the STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® Arena – a hugely popular feature where both professional and amateur men and women compete to be crowned STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® British Champions.
The Royal Three Counties Show is fun for all the family! There is a wide range of other entertainment for all the family too, including special guest talks, a Food & Drink Festival, Food & Drink Theatre, Countryside Arena demonstrations, a Cider and Perry Festival and a Cheese and Dairy Show as well as plenty of shopping opportunities.
There is also a Farming Village, providing advice, information and discussion opportunities on the future of farming, cutting-edge technology, machinery, sustainability and business openings. There will be plenty of opportunities for youngsters and those wanting to change career the chance to learn more about the interesting career opportunities within the agricultural sector.
The Royal Three Counties Show will be held at the Three Counties Showground Fri 16 – Sun 18 June 2023. Open 8am – 6pm.
