Kenilworth Books 55th Birthday Party

This year, the Kenilworth Books is having a 55th birthday party!

On Sunday 21st May we’ll be having an all-day party with cake and lots of chatting and bookish things going on. And we’ve also invited a small herd of Alpacas to come and join us.  We do like Alpacas.

Join us at the bookshop on Sunday 21st May, between 10.30am and 4pm. There will be lots going on: music and craft activities for young and old, bookish people to meet and obviously lots of cake too!. At 1pm we will be cracking open the champagne and cutting the cake(s), so please do join us to sing happy birthday and celebrate our bookish history.

Kenilworth Books is a magical little place; it nestles in a small and lively town that sits right in the middle of the country. We have a large children’s section and plenty of fiction and non-fiction for adults, including a large section for maps and travel guides, and three bays of history (including local history, as you’d expect from a bookshop in an historic town!). We have sections too for Young Adult writing and for some of the most powerful and beautiful illustrated books being published today.
