Review-Slava’s Snow Show at The Alexandra

The multi award-winning international sensation that is Slava takes over the stage at The Alexandra in Birmingham. This truly unique theatrical adventure is filled with heart, humour and stunning spectacle.

I’ve been so busy that I nearly forgot about going to this show and hadn’t even had time to have a read what it was all about!                                           I’m so glad I didn’t as it was such an amazing experience that I don’t really know where to begin. I’m not going to tell you the content of the show as it will spoil the experience for you but what I will tell you is that you will loose yourself in a magical world of Slava’s making. The show is intriguing, funny, joyful and some what immersive!

If you can imagine a mixture of Mr Bean meets the minions meeting Charlie Chaplain?! Each clown has it’s own personality and they move around the stage in such a way that you’re totally mesmerized. What I enjoyed the most was hearing and seeing everyone laughing so loudly and especially the adults who were totally engrossed. I was sat by a man who was absolutely loving it, he and his wife were there without children and were fully lost in the playful and immersive atmosphere!

I can whole hardheartedly recommend this show for everyone, young and old, go with or without children for a few hours of pure escapism!
