Enthuse Celebrates 10 Years of Transforming Workplace Communication
A Sale business is celebrating 10 years of transforming workplace communication.
Launched in 2015, by owner, Andrea Law, the award-winning internal communication agency, now has five employees and has worked with entrepreneurial businesses, global corporates, charities and higher education institutions.
Andrea Law comments: “After many years of working for corporate businesses including Co-op and Warburtons, I decided to set up Enthuse, just as I turned 40. Workplace and change communication are always evolving and I feel privileged to have helped some unique organisations to solve their challenges and build lasting communication capabilities over the last decade. Whether we’re on the factory floor, down a mine, in the office or on campus, our team loves transforming employee communication and we’re lucky we get to visit some fascinating workplaces. The highlights for us are when we get recognition from clients and their employees, who tell us we’re making a positive difference.”
As part of Enthuse’s commitment to the Sale community, this year the team has embarked on a Schoolreaders volunteering programme at a local primary school to build confidence and improve literacy skills among children. Andrea also organises fundraising for the ‘We are Sale Moor’ community group.
To celebrate 10 years in business, Andrea has also launched The Enthuse Surgery, a no-cost, 30-minute session for leaders who want to discuss their workplace communication challenges. Whether it’s navigating change, addressing employee engagement challenges, or looking for a new perspective, Andrea is happy to help.
