Guess How Much I Love You™ Garden Adventure Trail

Until December 2025, RHS Garden Bridgewater
Inspired by the book of the same name along with the seasonal collection I love you all year round. The trail contains a series of activities that encourage children to learn through play, using the senses and engaging with shapes and colours to explore the garden in a thoughtful and playful way. You’ll also be able to step into the book alongside Little Nutbrown Hare and Big Nutbrown Hare, replicating some key scenes from the original story. Look out for more news on two Guess How Much I Love You™ activity weekends at the garden, planned for 14-15 June and 27-28 September 2025.

PHM is celebrating 90 years of Penguin Books this Easter holidays with a Family Friendly mini book activity. Families are invited to make their own mini book inspired by the heroes whose stories are told within the galleries of People’s History Museum.

Look for a Book with Festival of Libraries

23rd May to 1st June
Look for a Book is one of the Family Friendly highlights of Festival of Libraries, which takes place across Greater Manchester’s 133 libraries. This is a game of finders keepers, with 500 copies of Dame Maggie Aderin-Pocock’s book Am I Made of Stardust to find. The books will be hidden inside the libraries and in the green spaces that surround them, with fun clues to solve that will lead you to your book treasure.
