Balsall Common Lions – The Lant Playing Fields

Saturday 9th November sees the return of the Balsall Common Lions Annual Charity Fireworks Extravaganza, working in conjunction with Berkswell and Balsall Community Sports Association and Berkswell Sports Bar. Again, our firework display will be provided by PYRO 2000, both nationally and internationally recognised for staging professional fireworks displays for over 20 years. In addition, we will have fire jugglers and displays, and a wide range of food and drink available from a variety of vendors, plus the Berkswell Sports Bar.
This year the event will have TWO incredible displays for everyone to enjoy. The first display will be a sound sensitive show, which is perfect for small children or people with noise sensitivity. Following on from that, we will be providing our usual “Main Event” display. This year, we are holding a raffle where 2 lucky winners will have the exciting job of beginning one of the displays. You’ve got to be in it to win it so get entering – it’s £1.00 per entry. There will be a fully stocked bar including beers and mulled wine. Additional stalls include hot drinks, glow merchandise, sweet treats, tombola and games. There will also be hot food from a number of food trucks including our very own PTFA BBQ selling delicious burgers and hot dogs. The PTFA food items are available to pre-order at a discounted price when you order your entrance tickets on PTA Events.
