FREE Family Fun Day, Gateshead Trinity Square
IT’S GOING TO BE ‘ONE GREAT’ JUBILEE FAMILY FUN DAY

A shopping and leisure complex at the heart of Gateshead town centre hosting an extra special Jubilee party this weekend to raise money for two amazing children’s charities.
Trinity Square’s Goldilocks and the Royal Teddy Bears Picnic is a free to attend family fun day with live entertainment, arts and crafts, best-dressed teddy competition and make your own teddy picnic with proceeds from the day going to its nominated charity Tiny Lives and One Great Day which supports Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital.
The event runs from 11am until 3pm.
Centre Manager Tony Pickering said: “This is one of our biggest events of the year and something that we’re all looking forward to. Trinity Square is a family-friendly shopping centre so being able to celebrate this very special Jubilee weekend whilst at the same time giving something back and supporting these two amazing charities is something we are firmly committed to. This will be our fourth One Great Day event with the last being in 2019 pre Covid and it will be our biggest by far and the Square will be full of activities and entertainment for the whole family.”
