Come and explore more than 300 years of art in our free gallery with fantastic changing exhibitions and permanent galleries featuring work by English landscape and portrait genius Gainsborough we’ve got it all here.

Wolverhampton Art Gallery has a series of permanent exhibitions from 18th century art through to contemporary design, all with interactive activities for families.

Throughout the year there is a programme of exhibitions of sculpture, photography and art by a range of artists. Running alongside, the gallery offers regular weekend and school holiday workshops and activities for children.

So whether you have an interest in art and history or are looking to develop your creative side, Wolverhampton Art Gallery has something for you!

If all that creativity wears you out, then how about relaxing in the Art Gallery Cafe and then enjoying a little retail therapy in the Gallery Shop.
