Meet Alex, the editor for Leicester
Hello! I’m Alex, your local editor and the owner of Raring2go! Leicester and surrounding areas.
Raring2go! exists to make life easier for families with children aged 0–11 by bringing together the very best of what’s happening locally – all in one place.
Every quarter, 10,000 high-quality A5 magazines are delivered free of charge to primary schools, pre-schools, community centres and libraries across Leicester and the surrounding villages and towns. Each issue is packed with local, relevant content covering a full three-month period, meaning our advertisers are seen again and again throughout the season.
As a mum myself, I know how important it is to quickly find trustworthy information about events, classes, family-friendly businesses and activities. That’s why I’m passionate about creating a magazine and online hub that’s genuinely useful, easy to navigate and rooted in our local community. I’m on a mission to spotlight all the brilliant businesses, events and services available to families in our region.
