Ingredients

  • 400g Plain Flour
  • 200g Butter cubed
  • 3 tbsp Water

Method

  1. Rub the flour and butter together until the mixture looks like breadcrumbs.
  2. Add the water 1 tbsp at a time (you may need more), shaping with your hands until all of the dough comes together.
  3. Knead on a floured surface.
  4. Chill in fridge for 30mins before rolling it out.
