Short Crust Pastry

- 400g Plain Flour
- 200g Butter cubed
- 3 tbsp Water
- Rub the flour and butter together until the mixture looks like breadcrumbs.
- Add the water 1 tbsp at a time (you may need more), shaping with your hands until all of the dough comes together.
- Knead on a floured surface.
- Chill in fridge for 30mins before rolling it out.
