More Details
This November, one of Wolverhampton’s biggest family nights out returns to the beautiful surroundings of West Park, bringing an evening packed with fireworks, music, entertainment and Bonfire Night atmosphere.
Wolverhampton Fireworks 2026 promises another spectacular night for the city, with two professionally produced firework displays, live entertainment, a funfair, food and drink and plenty to keep the whole family entertained.
At the heart of the event will be the fireworks themselves, created by Komodo Fireworks – two-time British Musical Fireworks Champions.
And this year, they’re getting ready to Paint the Sky.
Two Displays – One Spectacular Night
Families won’t have to wait until the main event to see fireworks fill the sky.
The evening will feature a specially designed Children’s Low-Noise Musical Fireworks Display, created with younger visitors in mind.
Featuring a selection of children’s favourite sing-along tracks, the display combines music, colour and carefully selected lower-noise effects to create a magical introduction to fireworks for younger ears.
Later in the evening, it’s time for the main event.
Komodo Fireworks will transform the sky above West Park with a spectacular fully choreographed pyromusical display, where the fireworks are individually designed and fired in time with the soundtrack.
Expect huge bursts of colour, rapid-fire sequences, sweeping effects and a finale designed to provide a fitting end to one of Wolverhampton’s biggest nights of the year.
More Than Just Fireworks
There will be plenty happening before the first firework leaves the ground.
Visitors can enjoy live stage entertainment throughout the evening, creating a fantastic atmosphere as the crowds build towards the displays.
The funfair will also return with rides and attractions for children, teenagers and adults, while a selection of food and drink traders will be serving up everything needed for a chilly November evening.
Whether it’s something hot to eat, a sweet treat or simply enjoying the music and atmosphere with family and friends, the event is designed to be much more than just a fireworks display.
Professionally Organised in the Heart of Wolverhampton
West Park provides a spectacular setting for the event, with its open spaces and central location making it a firm favourite for Wolverhampton’s Bonfire Night celebrations.
Behind the scenes, extensive planning goes into delivering an event of this scale.
Komodo Events works alongside the local authority, emergency services, security teams, medical providers, traffic management specialists and other partners to plan the event, with crowd safety and the visitor experience at the centre of the preparations.
Professional medical provision will be available on site throughout the event, alongside dedicated security, stewards and an Event Control team coordinating operations.
Visitors are encouraged to plan their journey in advance, arrive in good time and follow event signage and steward instructions when approaching and leaving West Park.
Creating Bonfire Night Memories
For generations, Bonfire Night has been about wrapping up warm, heading outside with family and friends and watching the November sky come alive.
Large professionally organised displays provide an opportunity for thousands of people to enjoy that tradition together, while experiencing fireworks on a scale that simply isn’t possible in the back garden.
For children, it might be their first experience of seeing fireworks choreographed to their favourite songs. For adults, it’s a chance to enjoy a traditional November night out with family and friends.
And when the lights go down, the music begins and thousands of people look towards the same patch of sky, there is still something very special about that shared experience.
Wolverhampton Fireworks 2026 at West Park is getting ready to do it all again.
Two firework displays. Live entertainment. Funfair. Food and drink. One huge night in the heart of Wolverhampton.
Wrap up warm, bring the family and get ready to Paint the Sky!
