Review-Saturday Night Fever is at The Alex in Birmingham

Review-Saturday Night Fever is at The Alex in Birmingham

What an amazing night we had at The Alex watching Saturday Night Fever!
The music, the scenery and of course the dancing was fantastic.
Jack Wilcox who plays Tony Manero was a great dancer, excellent singer and he gave you all the Tony Manero moves and charisma .
All the cast were exceptional and delivered on the atmosphere of down town New York in the 70;s where people were struggling with low employment , poor pay and a bleak future.
Dancing in the clubs was their only escape from the harsh reality of the daily grind.
From flares to disco balls and Bee Gees classics , I promise you will be DANCING- yeah ! To this amazing production of Saturday Night Fever!
Go along for a fun night out and sing along to the fabulous tunes of the Bee Gees and I promise you’ll be on your feet by the end of the night!

Experience the best selling Bee Gees soundtrack live on stage in this spectacularly re imagined music and dance extravaganza.

Follow the story of Tony Manero as he embarks on a reckless yet thrilling road to dancing success.
It’s a homage to the 1977 John Travolta classic with more drama, more music, and hot new choreography which is sure to have you dancing all the way home.
Featuring songs from the bestselling movie soundtrack of all time, including the Bee Gees’ Stayin’ Alive, How Deep Is Your Love, Night Fever, Tragedy and More Than a Woman, as well as 70s favourites Boogie Shoes, Disco Inferno and many more.
