Santa’s Magical Grotto At The Romford Shopping Hall

Santa’s Magical Grotto At The Romford Shopping Hall will be available from Saturday 30th November 2024 until Tuesday 24th December 2024.

The Grotto will be open on weekends from 9am-3:30pm as well Monday 23rd and Tuesday 24th December 2024.  Pre Booking is required for visiting the grotto.  You can find the link below to book.

Families are invited to book a session with Santa Claus. Each child’s visit will last for 5 mins of each half hour session. This means your wait time will be maximum half hour. Please don’t be late!

During your grotto visit your child can give Santa their letters, have a chat and adults may take unlimited photos and videos on their own mobile phones. Please make sure these are fully charged and ready for action!

You will then be given a fabulous present from the big man himself to keep you going until the big day.
