Remember, remember, the 2nd of November! Organisers announce plans for this year’s fireworks spectacular in Ipswich’s Christchurch Park!
Plans are well underway for Ipswich’s annual fireworks event taking place in the town’s historic Christchurch Park on Saturday 2nd November 2024.
This long-standing event is back and better than ever this year, with brand-new special effects, choreographed to an eclectic mix of well-known tracks by the award-winning East Anglian based Alchemy Fireworks.
Experience a mesmerizing musical fireworks display that comes with live entertainment, locally sourced street food stalls, a bar, a fairground and a children’s funfair.
Don’t miss out on the bonfire, fire performances and a host of other attractions that await you during an evening filled with excitement and entertainment at the biggest and most renowned fireworks event in Ipswich.
Live music stages will host local talent from across the region with a mix of genres to suit all tastes, from acrobatic African drummers to upbeat, high-energy party bands.
Tickets go on sale from 1st October and are only available online at www.ipswichfireworks.com
Organisers have held ticket prices at £10.49 per adult and £8.49 per child. Children under 5 years old go free!
The annual event, founded in 1972 by the 11th Ipswich Scout Group is run entirely by volunteers, with all profits ploughed back in to the Ipswich community.
Gates open at 6:00pm with fireworks at 8:00pm and family fun through to 10:00pm.
