Join us this Easter for a fun-filled line-up of creative workshops for children and young people aged 5–16!
COVR STRY – Identity, Album Art & Design Workshop
Date: Monday 30 March 2026
Children design their own bold, expressive “album cover” inspired by Joy Labinjo’s themes of identity, family photography and storytelling. Children either draw themselves or have a portrait taken on the day, then use collage, typography and colour to create a personalised artwork celebrating who they are.
Workshop Timings: 10:30–11:30, 11:45–12:45, 1:30–2:30, 2:45–3:45.

Little Spring Forest-scape
Date: Wednesday 1 April 2026
Activity Overview: Children and families sculpt miniature forests using plasticine, air‑dry clay, natural materials and imagination. They create small trees, animals, flowers and landscapes celebrating seasonal growth.
Workshop Timings: 11:00–12:00, 12:30–1:30, 2:00–3:20.

Easter Clay Bunny Cup
Date: Friday 3 April
Families build an egg‑holding bunny cup from air‑dry clay. They form a basic pot, add ears and facial features, create textures and stabilise the base. Tamla demonstrates shaping, attaching, smoothing and finishing techniques.
Workshop Timings: 10:30–11:30, 12:00–1:00, 1:30–2:30, 3:00–4:00.

Pastel Pom Poms
Date: Monday 6 April 2026
Children make pastel‑coloured pom‑poms and transform them into chicks, bunnies, sheep or Easter decorations. They can also string them together to create garlands.

Fabric People
Date: Tuesday 7 April 2026
Children create portraits using colourful fabric shapes, adding details through simple stitching or fabric pens. Inspired by Joy Labinjo’s lively figurative style, this workshop celebrates personal identity, colour, pattern and storytelling.

Printing From Nature
Date: Thursday 9 April 2026
Children create beautiful leaf prints using pressed leaves and ready‑mix paints. They explore kaleidoscope patterns, natural shapes and repeating motifs to create vibrant spring artwork.

ART PLAY
Join us for our creative, sensory play sessions for families with babies and toddlers led by artists and early years’ educators. Take time to relax, imagine and find inspiration together.
Ages: 0 to 5 (older siblings are also welcome to attend)
