
Easter at Resorts World Birmingham
Looking for some Easter fun to do with the kids during the school holidays?
Hop down to our Art Among Us pop-up gallery at Resorts World Birmingham for a celebration of colour, creativity and Easter fun! From 28th March – 5th April, on selected dates, we’re bringing you a packed week of hands on workshops designed to spark imaginations and keep little makers busy. We’ll be supplying all the materials, just bring your creativity! Young artists can explore everything from drawing and weaving to pom-pom making and eye catching geometric pattern design, letting their artistic side truly come alive in a relaxed and inspiring space. All of our children’s workshops are free but place must be booked using the links / button below.

There’s even more to enjoy beyond our workshops. Budding builders can get stuck into our Lego table, and don’t forget to take part in our egg-citing Easter hunt around Resorts World for some extra seasonal adventure.

Saturday 28th March
- 11am – Zentangle with MrASingh (7years +)
Unleash your creativity and dive into the world of Zentangle with award-winning artist MrASingh. This session explores pattern, storytelling, and creative confidence through bold colour, playful mark-making, and imaginative design. Book Now.
- 12pm – Drop In Session
During our drop in sessions, kids can enjoy both building and crafting fun! They can get creative at our Lego table, designing and constructing whatever they imagine, then head over to our art area for collage making, wall doodling, Easter card creating and colouring. This session will be unsupervised.
- 2pm – Family Workshop with MrASingh (5 years +)
Join MrASingh for a fun and interactive family workshop where kids can unleash their creativity and learn something new! This relaxed family-friendly workshop invites children and adults to create together. There’s no pressure, no right or wrong – just time to slow down, experiment, and enjoy making art together. Monday 30th March
- 10am – Tatter Box with Tat Vision: Cardboard Head Workshop (4years +)
Turn scrap and cardboard into a silly, expressive faces with Tat Vision. A box becomes a head, a head becomes a character! Pop it on, have a natter at Tatter Box, and play together. All scrap materials provided. Book Now.

- 2pm – Plant Pot Painting with Maisie Rees (11-16years)
Design and create your own unique hand painted plant pot with designer Maisie Rees. Produce a personalised planter perfect for your home or as a gift to a loved one. All materials to be provided, as well as mood board to inspire you, once your planter is finished you can take it home! Book Now.
Tuesday 31st March
- 10am & 11am – 3D Dream Portal Workshop with Boglarka Toth (6years +)
You’re invited to design and build your own 3D portal into an imaginary world — a tiny door, window, or arch brought to life with colourful craft materials and recycled treasures. In this whimsical workshop led by artist Boglarka Toth, you’ll create a magical gateway to the world that exists within your imagination. Book 10am / Book 11am.

Explore and understand the basic technique of weaving using ribbon and wool, and experimenting with different textures and colours to create a mini woven wall hanging ornament. Book 2pm / Book 3pm.
Friday 3rd April
- 10:30am & 11:30am – Geometric Patterns with Hasret Brown (5 – 10years)
A hands-on workshop exploring the beauty of the eight-pointed star, a geometric form found across many cultures. With gentle guidance, children will learn to use rulers confidently, practise precise line drawing, and create their own structured star design, with subtle Easter-inspired details woven throughout. Book 10:30 / Book 11:30.

Our popular Easter picture hunt will also take place every day between 10:30am and 3:30pm, from the Gallery. Find the famous paintings in our shop windows all around Resorts World and have egg-stra special prizes for the the little ones who find them all.
*Children must be supervised at all times. Workshop places must be booked. Easter Hunt sheets can be collected from event staff during the days event times. Normal parking tariff rates apply.
