Join us in the atmospheric Great Hall of Newcastle Castle for another fantastic film. This week, we have fantasy adventure film, DragonHeart (1996).
DragonHeart is a 1996 fantasy adventure film directed by Rob Cohen, starring Dennis Quaid, David Thewlis, Pete Postlethwaite, Dina Meyer, and Sean Connery as the voice of Draco.
The film follows Sir Bowen (Quaid) who fights to defeat his former pupil, Einon (Thewlis), who has become a brutal and oppressive King. Sir Bowen befriends Draco, a dragon, (Connery) and they work together to defeat the King and fix their past mistakes.

The film will take place in the Great Hall of the Castle Keep. Unfortunately, this venue has no disabled access due to the historic nature of the building. Doors will open at approximately 6pm, with the film starting at 6.30pm. We cannot guarantee entry after the film has started to avoid disruption.
Please note: It can get very cold in the Castle Keep, so please dress in warm clothes!
