Chitty Chitty Bang Bang

Soaring into Snape Maltings Concert Hall this summer is the ultimate family musical adventure, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.Presented by award-winning youth musical theatre company, the Co-op Juniors, it features unforgettable music by the Sherman brothers (Mary Poppins, Jungle Book, Bedknobs and Broomsticks).

Based on the iconic film version of Ian Fleming’s novel, this is a fun-filled adventure with an out-of-this world car that sails the seas and flies through the air, combining magic and mayhem with stage effects that are truly fantasmagorical.

This delightful love story features classic numbers such as Toot Sweets, Me Ol’ Bamboo, Truly Scrumptious and the title song Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. Join us for a family treat from the talented teenagers who appear in the hit Christmas Spectacular! at Snape each year.
