Young Driver has delivered over 1.4 million lessons since it launched over a decade ago. The lessons take place on private property at 70 venues across the UK and in a range of vehicles.
For 4-10s
The all-electric Firefly Sport has been created specially for mini motorists aged 4- to 10-years old. The sporty looking two-seater car has been built by an experienced team of motoring experts – so it’s definitely not just a toy! Lessons are just £20 for 15 minutes.
For 10-17s
Teens and tweens can get behind the wheel of a real dual controlled car, such as a Vauxhall Corsa (or similar vehicle), with a fully qualified instructor at any of Young Driver’s UK venues. Youngsters learn to brake, steer, change gear, tackle roundabouts and traffic lights and even parallel park – great fun but it’s also helping them become a safer driver. Lessons start from £42.99.
For something a bit different, at selected venues they can also get behind the wheel of a luxurious Bentley, a fabulous Mercedes SL500, an iconic Porsche 911 plus a selection of classic cars, an off-roading Polaris Ranger Youth, or a genuine Fire Engine. And no need to get jealous – adults can have a go too! Prices start from £25.
With a positive attitude to driving through fun and safe experiences and lessons, young drivers get a head start before even applying for a provisional licence.
