These school term dates were taken from the Council’s websites in March 2025. There’s always a possibility that Catholic schools may have different dates, especially around Easter. There are usually inset days to be aware of too but that’s up to individual schools. Please check with your school to be sure.

Spring half term: February 16 – 20. **Except Gateshead which is February 23 – 27**
Summer Term 2026: 20 April – 17 July.

Autumn half term: October 26 – 30
