Please not that these dates apply to community schools, and do not include dates that have been allocated for staff training (INSET days), that we set by each school. Free Schools, Independent and Church Schools may have differing term dates, so please check the school’s website.
In Autumn 2026, community and voluntary controlled schools will have a two-week autumn half term.
Five days will be taken from the summer holiday in July 2027.
The school year will still have 195 days, including 5 INSET days.
