Sarah offers group piano lessons at my home from ages 4+ using a specially designed group piano curriculum.
Our lessons include theory and rhythm games, movement, improvisation, composition and ensemble playing. Keynotes lessons are an innovative and creative introduction for beginners to the piano.
The classes will be between 3-5 in a class and we have two digital pianos and three keyboards for the students to use during practice time. I offer a three week trial before signing up to the lessons and once students sign up there will be regular contact with parents, practice videos to do with their child and parent home practice activity sheets.
All books are provided within the monthly tuition price. Little keynotes is a 30 minute class for ages 4-5 which is £44 a month including books. Storytellers class is a 45 minute class for ages 6+ and this is £64 a month including books. For more information about the group curriculum we use parents can visit keynotes-music.com to find out more.
Children thrive in the social setting and are able to learn musicianship and the piano through creativity and play and they even make friends along the way.
The lessons run on Wednesdays 3.45 and 5pm for ages 6+ Thursdays at 3.30 and 4pm for ages 4-5, Saturdays at 10.30 and for ages 6+ and Saturdays at 12.30 for ages 6+ and Saturdays 3.30 for the ages 4-5 and Saturday at 5pm for ages 6+ Payment for lessons is to be made monthly prior to the lesson via bank transfer or cash.
Lessons usually run during term time but I do run special themed classes during the summer holidays usually over a month.
