Spend the day creating family memories and embark on an adventure filled with festive fun and surprise!

There will be so much to do from a festive ride behind steam engines Thomas, James and Percy to meeting Santa inside his festive grotto for a family photo and not forgetting a Thomas & Friends gift for every child ticket, worth up to £15!

Every adult will also receive a free mince pie, but only if they are on the “Nice List”.

The Magical Santa Express

Fri 27 November to Wed 23 December 2026.

Your enchanting journey starts at the Post Office, from here you will board the North Pole Express Train, which will take you to the North Pole. Once you disembark the train, your festive activities, including Rudolph’s Snack Hut, Mrs Claus’ Bakery and Santa’s Grotto, can all be done at your own leisure. Don’t forget to stop by the Toy Shop where children can choose a special gift from Santa.
