Room on the Broom Fun Day at Wyre Forest

Celebrate 25 years of Room on the Broom with a magical outing at Wyre Forest!

Meet the friendly Witch from Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler’s much-loved story and enjoy a fantastic range of free family activities inspired by the book. There’ll be outdoor games, arts and crafts, film screenings and plenty of woodland fun to keep little witches and wizards entertained.

There’s no need to book – simply turn up and join in the magic! Meet-and-greet sessions with the Witch are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so arrive early if meeting her is at the top of your family’s wish list.

You can also explore the ongoing Room on the Broom Activity Trail, running at Wyre Forest until January 2027. Families can step into the story, complete fun woodland activities and discover the forest along the way. Trail packs are available to purchase for £4 and include a themed lanyard, magic spell cards, stickers, a pencil and a pop-out witch’s wand craft.
