The Christmas Grotto at West Hagley
Wander through a very festive Christmas village where there’s a surprise around every corner…
Tickets are allocated by child. If there are 11 tickets remaining for a session, there are 11 child tickets available to see Santa in that slot. If you have 2 children and 1 ticket is remaining for that session you will need to select a different session time. A maximum of four adults can be added on top of the child tickets.
Babes in arms accompanying older siblings must have a valid ticket; they will receive a gift as part of the experience. There are baby toys to choose from.
Free carer tickets can be provided for each paying disabled visitor. See our FAQ page for more information.
A fantastic, festive journey…
Wander through our traditional Christmas Grotto at Webbs, West Hagley with winter scenes and surprises around every corner – it might even snow! Children can post their letters to Santa before mixing their own reindeer food to take home ready for Christmas Eve. Then it’s time to see Santa in his cosy cabin to complete the magical experience before choosing a toy.
This year children can choose from a range of toys, including Peter Rabbit playmat and Peppa Pig bathtime set, soft plushies, unicorn and dino toys, Bluey crafts, racing cars, K-Pop World surprise, jewellery, slime and tie dye crafts.
