Suffolk Owl Sanctuary is a rural nature centre promoting the care and conservation of owls and other birds of prey. We host over 80 amazing raptors, many featured in flying displays daily throughout the year; and a friendly ‘mob’ at Meerkat Kastle, an inclusive play area, Mini Maze, SOS Safari and Bizzie Bee playroom which are popular with visitors.
We also run a Raptor Hospital for injured wild birds of prey, and an educational department serving schools in and home-ed groups.
Established as a registered charity in 2001, the Suffolk Owl Sanctuary is based at Stonham Aspal in Suffolk, where it operates a comprehensive facility for the care & rehabilitation of owls from the region, and the promotion of owl conservation throughout the UK and beyond. The Sanctuary is open to the public all year round where it maintains the following services as the beneficiary of public donations.
